DSEAR risk assessment

Identify potential release sources before classifying them. For each one, describe the hazard, apply the hierarchy of control — eliminate, substitute, control, mitigate — survey ignition sources, and record the residual risk and its justification. Promote a finding once it’s ready to carry into area classification.
